Directions to New Mill Farm – From the West

From Blackmoor Gate follow signs for A39 Lynton & Lynmouth – continue pass the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway Station, about 1 mile along the A39 road you will see a drive entrance on the right –– this is New Mill Farm – turn right over the cattle grid – on the right is Caffyns Halt – for the cottage continue down the lane. The cottages are on the left hand side.
