Directions to New Mill Farm – From the East

From Lynton follow signs for Barnstaple – at Barbrook when you are facing the petrol station turn right onto the A39 towards Barnstaple. About 1 mile along this road you will see a drive entrance on the left –– this is New Mill Farm – turn left over the cattle grid – on the right is Caffyns Halt – for the cottage continue down the lane. The cottages are on the left hand side.
