New Mill Farm - 4 Star Exmoor Country Cottages
Welcome to New Mill Farm,
Each property has a colour television, (Riverside, New Mill & Granary have " Sky-FreeSat" if you have a Sky card the decoder will accept these) video/DVD and is fully equipped - linen is included and all beds have duvets with two pillows per person (towels can be hired if required - please see the booking form). Kitchens have complete cooking facilities including fridge/freezers, electric cookers, automatic washing machines & tumble driers, dishwashers and microwaves.
In addition to the wood burners, there is electric central heating. Electricity is charged at the standard rate by meter reading (not coin meter). Logs for the wood burners can be purchased from the farm.
For the comfort of other guest please do not smoke inside the properties.
We welcome well behaved pets in Riverside Cottage and Caffyns Halt only but we do ask that they are not allowed on the furniture/beds or left unattended. Please note pets are not accepted in New Mill and The Granary Cottage.
