New Mill Farm - 4 Star Exmoor Country Cottages
Welcome to New Mill Farm, Riverside, New Mill & the Granary Cottages are genuine 300 year old stone-built cottages, originally and old Mill House, with a brown trout stream flowing past the front, where Dippers, Wagtails and the occasional Kingfisher can be admired along with the resident Mallard Ducks who often come calling for their breakfast.
The Granary sleeps two in one bedroom, Super King which can be used as a twin bed. Also up stairs there is a bathroom with power shower and toilet as well as a separate toilet. Down stairs is a kitchen and a lounge/dining room with a wood burner.
New Mill Cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms, one double bedroom with washbasin and a large bedroom with Super King bed which can be used as a twin bed. Also up stairs there is a bathroom with power shower and toilet as well as a separate toilet. Down stairs is a kitchen and a lounge/dining room with a wood burner.
Riverside Cottage sleeps eight in three bedrooms; one large bedroom on the ground floor with a four poster bed and a single bed, upstairs, a large bedroom with three single beds and a further double bedded room. All bedrooms have washbasins. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a toilet and another separate toilet. Down stairs is a kitchen, dining hall with wood burner and a beamed lounge with a wood burner in an inglenook fire place
Caffyns Halt is situated on the hill above the cottages, with its own fenced garden, facing South with spectacular uninterrupted views of Exmoor. The landscape is forever changing as the light moves over the moor exposing the deep coombs (valleys).

Caffyns Halt sleeps six in three bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, another with twin beds and one with full width bunk beds. The bathroom has a heated tile floor, a bath with power shower and a toilet. There is also a cloakroom with a toilet. The lounge has south facing views over the moor with an open fire. There is a large kitchen/diner also with panoramic views. This property is on one level and suitable for people who find stairs difficult.
