PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
A provisional reservation will be held for 7 days pending return of the booking form and 1/3 deposit.  The deposit  can be paid either by cheque or by credit/debit card. We regret that if we have not received your signed holiday letting agreement with the appropriate deposit within 7 days your reservation will be cancelled. The deposit is non refundable. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation*.

CLEANING & SECURITY DEPOSIT
With the balance an additional cheque/credit card details for £100.00 is required. This will be refunded after your visit providing the cottage is left clean and tidy & there are no breakages

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The accommodation is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure.

ELECTRICITY, HEATING & LINEN
Electricity is included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are provided. However, please note that the linen for the travel cot is not provided, nor are beach towels.

COTS
A cot and highchair can be provided - if required, please indicate on the booking form.

SMOKING
All the accommodation is strictly non-smoking, so Guests are asked not to smoke inside.

GROUPS UNDER THE AGE OF 21
Unfortunately we do not cater for groups under the age of 21.

PETS
Pets are only accepted at owners risk, in Caffyns Halt under the condition that they are not left unattended or allowed on beds or furniture. Pets are charged at £15.00 each per week. Please arrange at the time of booking.
